Yes I have the book, but absolutly no experience. So now I am trying to gain experience
and understanding. The trouble with most of you guys, is when a person tries to get
a hold of you we get a ticket item. Too busy to talk to others. For once it would be nice
to buy something and then get some help and direction what to do for those of us who
are not technical with web set up and blogging.

Hi John,
the problem that “most of us guys” have is that we have 10’s of thousands of readers/subscribers/customers and it’s simply impossible to answer everyone personally.
I’m not exactly one of the “big dogs”, but I can easily spend 4 or 5 hours a day answering emails, support tickets and blog posts, but if that’s all I do each day I’m not going to be in business for long.
My way of trying to counter this and offer real help for people is to make tutorial videos and reports.
For help with getting up and running on a blog I’ve made some videos to help people which you can find here: –
Hope this helps!
