It took me about two and a half hours to get up and running including reading the main report right the way through as instructed by it. No income yet (and I'm not very good at tracking) but that'll happen. No expenditure other than the report itself. Noticeable results (can't really say much more without giving away the system) in the first couple of hours, sizeable results in a day or so. All without social bookmarking or Twitter style "voodoo" or anything else weird. Well explained in the report plus videos if you need them (included in the price rather than optional extras).
